Two things: (1) the sword and (2) customer service.
1) I've ordered the sword and I've got it within a week. VERY nice piece, good care of the details. Looks exactly like the photos presented. You can tell that Outfit4Events has some experience. I would highly recommend buying from them.
2) the customer service was wonderful! I first contected them in 2014. I've saved the email and contected them 2 weeks ago (after three years). The same person (Helmut) responded and was again very helpful.
Well done overall!
